Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return:

- Original packaging must be intact
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery)
Return Process
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order number and clear images of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if the error occurred on our part
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
